This recipe is a big hit in my family and we serve it all the time. You will need:

2 cans of sliced potatoes

1 large can cream of chicken or mushroom soup. (We use mushroom)

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 lb of ground turkey

1. Brown your ground turkey in a medium skillet until no longer pink. This should be about 7 minutes.

2. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large 9x13 pan, add in a layer of ground turkey, a layer of potatoes and then your cream of chicken or mushroom soup,  cover with cheese.  Repeat.

4. Place in oven and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Potatoes will be soft and cheese will be melted.

Makes 6-8 servings.
