BABY EINSTEIN: Lullaby Time – Since most little ones spend the majority of their day rolling, crawling, walking or running, creating calming quiet time is an important part of each day. With this in mind, Baby Einstein announces the debut of Lullaby Time, the newest addition to its DVD collection and the perfect title for little ones and caregivers to watch together as they take a break from a very playful day and wind down. Featuring tranquil, real world, babyfriendly images that are complemented by the melodic masterpieces of the celebrated classical composers, Brahms, Mozart, Haydn and Gounod/Bach, Lullaby Time provides caregivers and little ones with an engaging and interactive way to relax and enjoy sweet lullabies together. Hosted by a cuddly Baby Lamb puppet, Lullaby Time creatively uses real world images flowing seamlessly to soothing music to introduce babies to the process of getting ready for some rest and relaxation time. From putting away toys at the end of a day to reading a story and snuggling with mom, Lullaby Time features familiar and recognizable quiet time rituals, as well as objects with repetitive motion and calming images, such as fluffy clouds slowly drifting overhead, bubbles quietly dancing through the air and ocean waves gently rolling ashore. In addition, the DVD incorporates a resting time story featuring Baby Lamb going to sleep. Created from a baby’s point-of-view, Lullaby Time is a wonderful addition to other Baby Einstein music DVD titles and helps parents expose their little ones to the world of classical music, while enjoying their favorite lullabies together in a new and interactive way.

Lullaby Time includes several bonus features including “Aren’t Ewe (pronounced “you”) Sleepy,” which exposes babies to various places they may typically relax, including a bed and during a pleasant car ride. The “Good Night Book” bonus feature uses a puppet show to introduce babies to the process of preparing for quiet time, such as putting away toys and kissing mom goodnight. The final bonus section, “Sheep Dreams,” uses real world images and sounds of nature to encourage sweet dreams for little ones as they get ready to drift off to dreamland.
